Work after-hours occurs at a following ratio
Overtime: from 6-00 pm till 11-00 pm and from 6-00 am till 9-00am - k=2,0; from 11-00 pm till 6-00 am: k=3,0;
Weekends and holidays from 9-00 am till 6-00 pm: k=2,5; from 6-00 pm till 9-00 am: k=3,0
After three months of cooperation, we can switch to monthly fee with all services included.
